This is why mediation is so simple and so pure. When my thoughts are racing and I'm up late trying to get ahead of my next thought, it helps to just take a deep breath, clear my head and let my thoughts melt into sweet nothing.

If you're ready to accept the challenge, take five minutes to just close your eyes and listen to your breath. Listen to your surroundings. Every time your mind starts to wander off into thoughts, just realize the moment and go back to listening. Try this for five minutes everyday for a week.
